We are your personal human legal team and we will check that your AI friend has not provided document with hallucinations or innacuracies - if it has, we will correct it. If it hasnt (unlikely in our experience), we will approve it for signature.

Our prices are fair and transparent. Unless it is a very complex document, we will always charge £20 (or equivilant) per page, inclusive of taxes.

Once you accept our fee proposal, your price is fixed even if it takes us much longer than expected to review (which can be the case depending upon the document and its complexity!). 

We know that our clients value fee certainty, so we are happy to work this way.

We are experienced working with outputs of many AI models including the follwing Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini and a long list of others.

When you refer business to us, you will receive 25% off your quoted fees for 6 months.

We value referrals highly and appreciate your continued support!

Our turnaround time guarantee applies to the review of your AI generated contracts which are 10 pages or less (e.g. most NDAs, short agreements, etc.).

You will receive our initial suggested changes or sign-off within 24 hours of accepting a quote, or 50% of the fee will be waived.

We can provide you with a fixed fee quote which will be based on the estimation of time we expect to need to review and suggest solutions. 

Our fees shall be of a similar level to our other pricing above!

Alternatively, we are happy to provide you with our fullly-immersive, fractional General Counsel service.

Our fractional GC service is more thorough and partnership like. 

Think of us as our outsourced, part-time, legal employee who has taken the extra time to understand your business and it's goals. For the most effective outcomes, your advisors need to understand your business on a deeper level and we are able to do that with our fractional GC Service.

Please note we take on a limited number of fractional GC clients so we can ensure we are providing a high quality service to our portfolio companies.

The fractional GC service is provided directly by Draft Angel's founder who is a highly qualified English Lawyer with extensive international legal and commercial experience.
